friend answer simple easy questions to help others out, i suspect my friend, you have better to do than sit on here, posting aimlessly when your posts could be more productive.

It would have taken you two minutes, alot less time than this has taken to (if you know that is) post the way in which promotions and relegations happen in the conference leagues!

im not sure, but think there are only a handful, altho all my search efforts have failed!

You want to mess with the editor, therefore you'll get extremely short shrift in here.

The quickest and easiest way for you to answer your question would be for you to start a new game on FM that goes down to the Conference regionals and look at the league rules.

You are when you go against the posting rules of a forum. I assume you didn't go into OTF and ask your question because the thread would have been closed in seconds. Likewise one wouldn't go into the Editor forum and ask for the best formation to play. A quick glance of the posting rules here and anyone with a modicum of intelligence would see what would be a valid question to ask here.
