One more thing though gentlemen, should i install the new build as i want to have as good a LLM experience as possible. I was going to retire my manager and begin a new one but i feel i should restart completely for the reason that by starting in the first place as a big team, i have gone against the grain so to speak. I've always been an LLM back in the early days of CM and feel that by starting as a big team, i've "did the dirty" on the ethos of what LLM is all about. I feel it is my duty to restart as my moral conscience would not allow me to retire and create a "new" manager. I think it boils down to my allegiance to LLM. Thanks for the advice people and for making me feel a part of your community regardless of my ultimate sin.

It's fine to retire the manager and add a new one. However, if you feel it does destroy the balance by having kicked a previous manager out of a job, then that's also good.
