Assisstant Manager Question
If you have an assman who is a player manager, and he gets a virus, what happens if you "send him home"? I think he keeps training your players...
Not at all realistic... is there an official LLM position on this? He has to "remain at club"?

I dont know of any official position, but I guess you could remove from the coaching roster until he returns.

Some people go too far. Not something I intend to start losing sleep over.

If my player coach breaks his leg I still expect him to be out running laps with the boys.

I dont usually have player/assmen, I give them a role as coach till they retire, cause experience is a must for coaches (but i was tempted to give Teddy a Ass man deal, as he owns)

I can see how this is going to turn out.
LLM is about playing the game as realistic as you can and I won't be losing sleep over this sort of an issue either.
