I've just got havant and waterlooville promoted to the conference and i want to go full time .How do i go about it please.

You don't. Your board will decide when. When and if they do so will depend on their criteria. Just keep managing your side and let them worry about it.

I would say its unlikely to happen this season. I got them promoted (at the fifth attempt) and we didn't go proffesional the first season in the Conference.
