You will need a few vital instruments (oooer) to keep you going.
The most vital is a kettle. Drinking Tea/Coffee is an essential in the world of FM.
Microwave: You will no doubt have to execute an exercise I call clover leaf.
There will come a time when your wife/parents/significant other has made dinner and you are just about to come up against Dover in the FA cup 2nd round. The key to this exercise is when you have clicked continue, run down stairs and eat as much as you can within a 45 second period, then chuck the rest in the microwave for later.
A toasted sandwhich maker is optional if you can store it in the room with the computer.
