I went for Leigh as well for my first FM2007 game. As it is I am 2 seasons in, and I was pretty damn shocked when they moved to that stadium. But I did do a bit of research. Apparently Leigh shares their ground with a Rugby team who are getting pretty decent attendances, and apparently, the new stadium was built more for the sake of Leigh Centurions (I think that was their name), than Leigh RMI.

If I remember correctly, the rugby team played at Hilton Park as well and because they are a moderately successful rugby team with good crowds, they needed a better stadium.

Railway Mechanics Institute are very much the lodgers.
