About Scarborough, im not so sure about how big a challenge they are, when ever i play Confeerence North (Usualy Hinkley, local team) they always seem to rocket up the table, usualy higher play-offs at least.

I started unemployed before getting job of Turkey Manager. After applying to be Manager at lots of English clubs and getting laughed at I finally got a job at Bournmouth AFC in L1!!.

At present Turkey lost the European Championship final to England and in my 2nd season with Bournmouth we are 1st= in the League.

See the post two above yours, and replace "Conference North manager" with "Unemployed" and "England" with "Turkey".

LLM style of play is a strive for realism. Unemployed managers with no experience don't get National roles.

You of course mean no footballing experience I take it wewak? Cause a fair few players with no managing experience have walked into international jobs purely as they were international players themselves.

Well I guess if you put yourself down as an ex-football god, you 'could' get a job straight away with an international side. England? Turkey? Unlikely I would have thought.
