At the start you sign those from within your own country that speak the language and have a reputation equal to or less than your own.
You just need to be conscious about keeping it realistic.

The Job Centre definitely works much better now, but I still can't find an assman after 6 months searching. Plenty of people found, but none unemployed and with nada in the coffers I'm outta luck.
We're probably just to pish for anybody unemployed (proabbly ex-internationals etc) to want to join us. Perhaps next season |

Sorry iajafer for my bad use of the English language, although it was slightly pathetic that you had to point that out to me.
I would have thought moderators were a helpful bunch, clealy not. Also i dont think you answered any question in your first reply.
As i said, I wanted to know the link between scouts and search screen and why you are against it. Your reply was 'We dont use that screen, end of' that my friend is not an answer to my question is it?
Feel free to correct any mistakes i may have made in my spelling Mr Wordsworth.

neil1981, it is absolutely not pathetic to point out bad use of the English language to you. It is pathetic that you are - please correct me if I am wrong - a native English speaker and unable to distinguish the difference between "have" and "of".
It is very insulting for foreigners like me, who do their best to learn a foreign language like English, and to spell with as few mistakes as possible, when people like you just smack around some words without any thought and expect us to try and guess what you might be trying to say.
Incorrect spelling is already hard to find in a dictionary, when you do not know the meaning of a word, although you might find it if the difference is rather subtle.
Completely incorrect words are absolutely impossible to look up. You could as well just randomly hit letters on your keyboard.
I am sure, you visited a school where you were taught proper English, including a basic vocabulary (like have and of), capitalisation, punctuation and the correct use of hyphens and apostrophes.
And if I made any mistakes in this post, do not only feel free to correct me. I even ask you for it because it is the best way to learn and to do it better the next time.

It was more pathetic that your grasp of the English language is so poor.
The reason the search screen isn't used is adequately explained in the featured topics, maybe if you'd read that instead of displaying your ignorance by posting crap you wouldn't have embarrassed yourself.
Now...you want to expand on that yellow?

Lads, I made one error in my otherwise good English. Cosmo I'm sorry if you couldnt make head nor tail of what I was trying to say, but I believe you got the general gist of it.
Iajafer I have read the rules numerous times. I was only asking for a quick explanation of the link between scout and search screen as I keep saying. Although I play in league one I try to to use the same rule that you guys use in not using the search screen and I fully understand why you dont use it.
I also now you can ban me if You so wish to, although I hope you have a bit more about You seeing as though I haven't exactly been throwing serious abuse anybodies way.
