Is a hard one to get going with i find it a big challenge have decided after lots of bad results and poor play so i put all my players on the heaviest of training schedules and sacked the moaners and it seems to be working.

now we have just been taken over by a consortium who have pumped 20K in for transfers but my job is now on the line and they want tommy mclean.

It's taken me 3 days just to get onto my 4th season in 07

it is certainly not easy the problems i have are getting players on loan, i have to admit that this is my 3rd attempt at east stirling. i have enough players for a first team squad and enough to cover both the reserves and the under 19s.
this means that my options on transfers and weekly wages is now limited, there is no interset in my players if i transfer list them probably mostly becasue they are part time so in the end i have to go down the mutual termination or release on a free.
we are 9th at the moment highest i have had them is 5th but that was my first attempt and made an unltimatum to the board to which i am sure you can guess i was instantly fired hee hee.
thanks for the second chance iajafer i have read all the rules now so hopefull wont be anymore mistakes.
