2010 Academica FC

I signed a few players on free transfers. Released a few staff and signed new coaches and assman (new assman was signed at the end of the season).

We were expected to achieve 12th.

We ended top of the 1st phase league and went into the group phase full of confidence

We won group B and had a championship playoff with group A. We won on penalties. Div 2 champions

The 2nd phase, we started with confidence. We didn't perform quite as well in the league stage. We ended 5th.

We still qualified for group B, which we won and then qualified for the championship playoff

We won 3-2 on penalties after the 2-leg final. Not only champions, but also promotion

Our final record was

P50 W28 D11 L11 F91 A51 GD+40 Pts99

Pete... can you give me a word of advice if you may.

Don't worry, it relates to the speed of your game.

Do you mind telling me the specs of your machine that you are running the 36 countries, and how you find the speed of the game?
What detail would help too.

I want to load up as many countries as possible for my 07 game, but don't want to end up twiddling my thumbs while the game processes. I'm a busy man!

Well the current game is listed as being played for 10 days, so over a day per season.

I choose minimal detail except on the league I'm running. If I move leagues, I change the detail level so that league has maximum and the rest minimum.

Thanks Pete. My Billericay 06 save is in summer 2031 and I've played that for 28 days real time.

On 07 then I might select all European countries and see where I can fail miserably.

Another question Pete.

You said at the start of the update 36 nations, how many leagues is in those nations?

All of Europe is 34 nations and 86 leagues.

NFI. I go by nations, not "leagues"
