Is there a shortage of capital letters at the moment?! Or are they just going out of fashion? Come on boys and girls, at least start your sentences with them!

Oh, and on the turning pro thing, I have no idea.

It's not long after Christmas Kevtt. Most people are short of capital this time of year...

Hope my cry of taxi is heard over the groans.

Seems to be a shortage of "'"s too. No idea on pro, never got a team there...

I don't understand the question TBH, as you can sign players on a full time contract without being pro.

It's actually better to be semi-pro anyway. Turn pro and your door is broken down by players demanding higher wages. Be grateful while it lasts

See, I managed a promotion from Conference South to Conference with Merthyr and we kept semi-pro status. Whereas Leigh RMI (bless 'em) were promoted from the Conference North and turned pro.

My point being - I think it's a bit random, with the emphasis being on the specific team. I wouldn't sweat it though, as it can happen any time by the sounds of it.

Your financial status also affects this. A club in debts is less likely to play as a pro team due to higher running costs.

Otherwise the board just decideds to go pro when it suits them. If you are semi-pro you can sign players and coaches on professional contracts. You are probably on a professioanl contract yourself.

Well said that man.

It is a matter of finance and League status, there is absolutely nothing you can do about it, so forget about it and get on with the game.

As mentioned before, just offer your best players full time deals if you want.

If some people didn't use 5 of them together, this shortage wouldn't be happening.
