My Scarborough team put on a heroic display at Blackburn in the League Cup yesterday, coming from behnd three times to finsh 3-3 after extra time.

We lost the penalty shootout, but I was a little disappointed not to be able to select my penalty takers. Any chance of this being implemented?

If you go to the tactics screen at the end of the 120 minutes, you can amend your penalty takers under teram instructions. In case you forget, you can set penalty takers in advance of the game starting by the same method.

Are you sure about this? I'm not out and out saying you're wrong, but I am fairly sure there is no such option before the start of a cup game.

You can set your one penalty taker for in-game pens, yes, but I didn't see anything before kickoff allowing me to select five or more for the event of a shootout.
