I am now in my third season with Macclesfield. My original tasks were to establish the team in League Two by the end of the three year plan, whilst maintaining the finances on a good footing.
The team is now in the Championship and has over 2.5 million in the bank as opposed to 80k when I took over.
However, I am still expected to dramatically improve on my performance to obtain their long term goals!
They are also dithering over offering me a new contract, despite me proving my loyalty by turning down two large contract offers from Premiership teams.
Am I doing something wrong or will the final patch fix this once and for all?
