Funny how the guy sticking up for FM is called "Unhelpful", whilst the critical are regarded as "Abusive". Not biased at all?

To answer the original post: You don't need to uninstall previous patches. The new one will overwrite them, and you won't have to worry about them.
Also, I don't think it's possible to uninstall just the patch, you'd have to uninstall the whole game and install it again. So save yourself the trouble, and just apply the new patch once it's released.
