Just wondered if anyone could help. In my infinite wisdom I bought a copy of FM08 without looking at the spec requirements...i know muppet!...Is there a patch to make it work or do I need to buy a new computer?!

You don't need a new computer, just a more up-to-date Operating System.

Thanks for that. By the time Ive bought a copy of Windows Vista or something like I may as well buy a new computer tho. I was just wondering if the latest patch overcame this and made the game usable on Windows 2000.

It might work. SI have just said that they aren't supporting pre-XP Windows, which in effect means they haven't built or tested it specifically to work on them. It might be worth a try, but don't expect too much.
