I dont think you can judge offsides, they never seem to call them the way the 2D engine shows it!
If the decision goes my way I usually say it was correct, or say it sounds like sour grapes. Usually good for a laugh.
What really winds me up is the difference between the commentary and what gets said after the game. Even when the commentary basically tells you it was the wrong decision, if you criticise afterwards you'll get warned. The warning I can cope with, but when it says beneath it that the decision was correct you wonder what you're meant to base your decision on!
It is good to criticise at times, players get a morale boost. However, I have to be careful to avoid touchline bans, my assistant usually loses when he plays with my tactics and I often get so mad that I sack him the next day because he didn't make a substitution when he should have! I bet all my assistants dread having to take charge of a game when I'm gonna be watching!
