id like to see SI add an option to have your coaches evaluated, playing with middlesbrough i loko at the coaching staff and think they are not good enough for a premierleague club (and im right but shh) so i want the same system used where you ask for a coach report on a player and it tells you if this player is good enough, i would like the chairman or managing director to tell you how the coaches are performing if there good enough or not and if they can improve.... thoughts? improvements?

can you replace the chairman? no i dont think so, if you had nothing constructive to say why reply? its something i feel could help the game particularly at lower league when a good coaching staff can help you out a lot

It would make every chairman the perfect judge of coaches as there would be no stats for them, which is a tad unrealistic. Just invest on coaches with high attributes and aren't too old, I think there are many more important improvements to be made and they all belong in the wishlist thread.

| I think you'll find that chairmen do have attributes. Things such as interference, business management and such like. So adding one that allowed them to judge staff (after all they are the people who constantly judge who's good enough to manage the club) wouldn't be such a big leap.
I'm not saying I particularly like the idea of judging your coaches in this way, just that you're completely wrong and should stop jumping down peoples throats just for putting an idea forward.

It's not a bad idea but I don't think the chairman would be the right person to ask. Most managers pick their own staff IRL don't they? So I guess we'd have to make our own judgements (being managers), but then that's the problem in the first place lol. Ask the assistant manager maybe?
