I'm new. Waht does "Delcared for Nation" mean?
Does it mean "not want to play for a nation" or "prefer to play for a certain nation(who has a second nationality)"?

I'm really not sure but I think it might mean that the player with two nationalities has decided he wants to play for one of them and will not play for the other.

It means the player is declared to play for that countries national team.

I'm sure this is fishing and i've just been caught!!!

It means they will play international football for that nation if they have a second nationality.

E.g. Ryan Giggs is declared for Wales but has a second nationality of English.

If the player has 2 nationalities but has not played any international football it means only the country they are declared for can pick them.

Think it just means that an uncapped player has already decided which nation he wants to play for when he has 2 nationalities. It should mean that his other nation can't call him up even though he is eligible.
