in your manager profile i seem to get all my stats up accept domestic player bias anyone any ideas. also a few players have a slight concern with managers disipline

Not sure about domestic player bias as mine never seems to increase or decrease despite always trying to buy homegrown.

The manager discipline is a problem I usually face as well because I argue with all decisions against me and always reply negatively to any negative comments against me. To avoid this either don't reply, say you didn't see the incident or give the referee the benefit of the doubt. Don't always do this though as some players will start to think you are soft and don't stand up for them.

I have criticised a decision and had one player happy because of my forthright views and another unhappy because of my lack of discipline. Where's the fun in being nice to a referee???

Unless you play a majority of local players, your bias rating will be low. Someone like Arsene Wenger's local player bias is probably 1 or 2...

To get around lack of manager discipline, make sure you warn/fine your players for red cards, poor performance, and so on. Give them a right bollocking if they perform poorly. Criticize them in the press for poor ratings.

Do you sign a lot of players who aren't from the country you're playing in? Domestic player bias is just that. Playing more players who are naitive to that country.

I think that the manager profile is something that SI can really push on in my opinion!!

I'd like to see a favourite player option no just favourite club.

Also maybe a manager description like some of the players have. Along the lines of "Tactical Guru" or "Arrogant" etc!

There is a manager description field, or at least there used to be on FM07. I remember descriptions such as outspoken manager, legendary, young and talented etc.

And the description only appear after a certain amounts of gameplay!

If you could pick, then different chairman will either like or dislike you as a manager. And getting jobs when sacked or starting unemployed wont be so hit and miss!

Oh ok, you want to pick it like it used to be back in the original Champman? rather than let it be decided by your actions, fair enough. Personally I wish it had a bit more variation, I feel in my Napoli save I should have the description of 'tactically inept' but it still hasnt happened.
