Is there like a possibility to praise your entire team all at once?
I can see that you can like praise one individual player and stuff but the whole team..?
Am I becoming more and more blind or isn't there any option to do that?

You can praise the entire team only in the team talk during/after a match.

You can also use the media interaction before the next game, where your option is (I think), "XYZ are a good team, but we're in good form and I think we can win."

Apart from that, it's not a good idea to praise the entire team. Only praise someone individually when he's had something like 3 ratings of 8 or more (or something like 10-7-9, etc).
