Mine was Eddie Ilderton in the Championship...
first game in charge, he denied my side a late winner which was clearly not a foul(commentary agreed so), i was outraged, cursed him and gave him a two-fingered salute, and the FA was silent...

April, Challenging for Promotion, he decides to award Birmingham 2 penalties, both dodgy, to lose me the match 2-1 after i was ahead 1-0. I promptly renamed him to something that cannot be posted here. same thing, outraged, FA silent.
