can someone please give me the short cut so i can play in windowed mode as it doesnt work when i click full screen off

didnt know there was one, but would be interested to know aswell as my mates wont work when he clicks full screen also.

1- right click the shortcut of the game and click properties
2- the line that shows the location of the game's .exe file should be like this:

"CProgram Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\fm.exe" --small_screen --windowed

What's your screen resolution for your desktop? If it's 1024x768 or below, the windowed mode won't work if you unclick the fullscreen in the game. You have to follow eshkia1982's advice if it is 1024x768 or below.
