Put them somewhere like C  Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\graphics\pictures\logos\clubs then untick 'use skin cache' and reload the skin via preferences - display&sound. You can then re-tick 'use skin cache'.

Where did you download your prem logos from and are they JPEG images or PNG images cheerz for your reply
