Yes, you can. You'll just need to write a config file using the unique id for your manager linking the picture into the game.

3. Save the two files and put them somewhere like C Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\graphics\pictures\players
4. Turn off skin cache and reload the skin.

| i really dont know how to do that lol, how do you create a config file? , if you could do a sort of step by step explanation for me it would be great ! i know it would also be a pain in the ass aswell though lol. thanks in advance if you take the time to solve my problem,

Alternatively use the wizard mode when adding your manager and the game will give you an option to choose an image for your manager.

For anyone else that is having trouble creating a config file, here is one you can use. config file
Just right click and choose 'edit', then replace the bits in capitals with the name of your picture and your unique id, then save it. The rest of the instructions I posted earlier should be simple.
