try setting the club as a disliked club, & have the club dislike him...

Player Data > Board Confidence 5, Fan confidence 5. Set chairman to dislikes the club 100. That will make them sell after a few months.

Just to add, I wanted to see what happends with a takeover so I tried this and if your succesful it seems to delay the selling but it happend with me a season in so be patient and then the Ukranian's come running!

True, but you also run the risk of being sacked, IIRC. The new chairman MAY want to instill his own manager.

I had that in my milan game, got taken over without changing attributes in editor, when my new chairman was appointed he didn't lift the transfer embargo and said he wants me to prove myself otherwise he would replace me, after 4 games though he realised I was the best man for the Job
