if i want to set the chairman interference to the minimum on the Data Editor, e.g reduce the possibility the board decide to accept an offer "too good to turn down" for one of my best player..... should i set the chairman interference to "1" or "20"?

there is also a selling playeer stat, maybe this would be worth lowering?

i think selling player stats is for the manager, to see their ability to make a good profit out of a player sales. or to decide which player to sell.
