Hi everyone, im new to the site, have been a fan of FM for a long time but i have a question that i have always wondered.
In short is it possible to change to starting season so for example in FM 2007 you can start the season begining (say for the sake of it) 1998?
I have always wanted to be able to take my local team to the premiership but when i do all the well known young players have aged and retired so is it possible to start a past season and go back in time to when the likes of Rooney are 10 years old ?
If this is not possible or a mod is not available can someone recommend the best FM for me to play around with player stats etc that also has a dedicated server option so i can play with my mates!
Also note i think this would be a great idea for the company if they made a Football Manager - Change History type game where the start season was say 1995 or whenever you want! 1966 would be funny....
but no you get the idea is this possible or which version of FM would have the best editor and online playability for me to edit my own style of game?
