I am from Romania. And I have a big problem. As you know, since 1st January 2007 Romania is EU member...and I want that Fm to know that...In editor there is a section where I can modify that...but...in Romanian first league I want to put the rule with EU PLAYERS, not foreigners(you understand, the rule in FM is that you cannot play more than 5 non-romanian players....and I want to be no more than 5 non-EU Players!)...Sorry for my english...I want help pls!

Don't worry, the game already knows, and EU players are not counted as foreign in Romania.

The reason for this is that while Romania joined the EU, it didn't gain full membership yet. I believe there is now a 6 month period(meaning that until July) where the country has to settle in, meaning that by game terms, Romainia haven't joined until when next season has already started, so it will stop teams from places such as England and Italy buying Romanian players as EU when they aren't yet allowed.

I'm gonna guess next season all will be normal, though.
