Is there anyway to make a player's contract a Developmental Contract using FMM? I edited the MLS and replaced KC with Toronto FC, but I cannot offer any Developmental Contracts which will make me have a maximum of 18 players on my team. I have a couple players on DEV contracts on my team, but they were there when the game loaded. Not sure why.
I believe it has to do with it being a team based in Canada, so I don't get all the features an American MLS team does. My contracts are listed as F/T instead of Senior/DEV when I look at my team.
