i do not understand where you edit the game, do you click new game and then do it? if nit what do you do?

i have the same problem, when i click on editor a screen comes up telling me about editor, but i cant get to editing anything?

You have to click file->load database.
Pick the database you want to edit and let it load.  | |

thats what the screen tells me, but where is file>load database, its probably really simple, but i cant find it, it might just be me thats not very bright.

how do you edit the amount of money aloud for contracts??? because when i did it it never seemed to work
