Afternoon

Well i'm getting to the point where i just don't no what to do anymore with this team. I feel the players are more than good enough to take me up into the prem but they are just not performing at all. I'm normally a 4-4-2 guy but tried a 3-5-2 for about 10 games and that went tits up with only 2 wins so any help would be awesome

You might want to read the forum rules, especially the bit about asking for help.

Then you might want to repost and be more specific and detailed about whats going wrong etc. After all how can we know how to help you if you give us very little to go on
