The tactics is a 3-4-1-2 but my game is too slow.

I suffer counter attack, and long pass

after a lot of match i have understand taht the greatest problem is cover the side of the field.

I have read the guide unofficial to the tactic ( Cleon you're great! ), but i have some problem with my tactic.

For example versus 4-4-2 my ball possession is very poor 42 % .

You can help me?

Do you use the same tactic home and away?

Don't worry about the possession that comes down to the style you play. If you play a fast tempo game and attacking then you are less likely to have less possession that a slower paced game.

Thanks for you reply cleon, my players are becoming accustomed themselves, but the very problem are the long pass and the counter attack

moreover my TC in this case Cassano seems out af play.

wich setting can i put? in this method i play in 10 versus 11
