So I am now in my 3rd season managing Leeds, wanted a bit of a challenge , good old batesey has sold the club to some random which is all hunky dory however the real issue is on the pitch. I have a good squad (at least i think i do) and managed to get promoted to the premiership after my 1st season, 2nd season finished about 11th and now struggling there again.

I usually play some what attacking, with quick tempo, and vary the passing from mixed to direct.
I play a 4-3-1-2 or 4-1-2-1-2, with either mixed on focus passing or down both the the flanks, with my wingers set to crossing mixed.
My issue is that the teams performance is radically inconsistant. I mean i play away to chelsea and play a very good 3-2, and then get hammered at home to plymouth 2-0 or say everton 5-1.
Any clues oh wise FM guru's?

right play 4-3-3 with smith as left centre forward get a tm and set your defence to direct passing defensive with low creativity and if tackling is good hard tackling im leeds and in my 6th season in champ league and battling with the arse for the title. try corluka, garay, jackobsen for def who will work with hall at rb
