I have a classy Fitness Coach which has a contract with my team till 2010. Even though, I'm now in 2008 I got a message that he signed with another rival team a new contract with an additional fee of $12k. How he can terminate a contract even not asking me for this?
After a day I just see him swapped to that team and thats all. What is the problem here?
I know that that team is giving him a higher wage, but I think that its impossible to terminate a contract which has still 2 years ongoing.
Please explain me this issue, I don't want to loose him !!!!

Even if the contract is terminated you should receive compensation.

Nothing you can do about it, you get paid compensation for the 2 years he had remaining.

Ok, if I try to sign him again and I offer him a fee of $15k. This fee will be taken from my transfer budget or from my club's balance?
