Using "little and large" strikers in Lenny and Kanu or Benjani at Pompey but really struggling with settings. Any advise gratefully recieved

For target man:- Mentality 10; creative 10;
This is the system I've been using

passing 15; closing down 14; takling easy; fwrd run mixed; run with ball rare; long shot rare; through balls rarely; crossing rarely; + hold up ball

small guy:- mentality 12; crativity 15; passing 5; closing down 14; takling easy; fwrd runs often; run with ball often; long shots rare; through balls mixed; crossing often;
