Ive just started Season two with my NEC team and again we're in relegation problems. 19th as we speak. And I made a custom tactic and set all specific instructions for my players which have great stats. But again I lose...

Me: shots on goal: 1
They: shots on goal: 23

Lost 1-2 at home.

If you need help you need to give more tactical detail or the post will be closed. You are the one asking for help so you need to provide player and team instructions. Info about whats going wrong and tell us about the mistakes you are seeing when you watch games in full. Be as detailed as possible.

Oke Im sorry... Seeing last time someone asked for my save game.

Here goes. I give away possesion very easely is the main problem.

2. Counter attack all over the place. I get hit over the head of my defenders non-stop.

3. Freekicks. I think about 70% go in (That probably cause they get a lot though)

4. My striker hardly ever get in striking opportunity.

T1) I play 442 now with both Fullback and Winger farrows up.

T2) I push the def.line upwards to create my flowing attack along the sides.

T3) I got two midfielders who I remove their freedom to wonder around the pitch. One is the dribbler type with an amazing long shot and the other is a German, typical one too. Ballack kindda guy so I make him defend and try to intercept passes by removing his creativity and putting him to Close down a lot.

T4) Now... my strikers is a different problem I got fast ones and tall ones.

Delvecchio - Olisadebe - Serginho - Pinas - Urzaiz

Delvecchio - old but experienced, knows what he's doing when he's without the ball and then knows how to turn it into a chance.

Olisadebe - Tough guy. Dude come straight from The Green Mile. Strong but also pretty fast and versatile but a total lack of shooting skills.

Serginho - His name suggests it. Brazilian overenthousiasm. Old too now so he's past it.

Pinas - Voted player of the Year in Season 1. So he was my first choice but he only has his moments. (Lack of consistency)

Urzaiz - The typical Target man. Pretty tall and great header.

I'm currently playing Pinas and use Urzaiz to try to head on the ball. Works from time to time but I dont create enough chances.

My opponent always has the following things better:
1. Possession.
2. Tackles Won
3. Shots on goal.

One thing i notice stright away is how hugh the squad is. Id trim this down get some funds ina dn see where i could improve the team. Secondly the formation is very attacking and i would suggest that you have an inbetween formation eg on the counter and also a defensive on for those really hard games.

Bloody hell, you have far too many players dude!

Your training is too intensive. I've changed a few things and will update you, first thing I did was change the tactics to one up top.

Lots of your players are told the wrong squad status I notice.

Played one game with new tactics and drew away to William II, should have won but I played the wrong GK by mistake.

Whats wrong with having a big squad? And whats the deal with squad status?? Doesnt change how player play does it??

What did you change on the tactics then? And why was my tactic too offensive?

There's no need for you to have a big squad, you need to keep morale as high as possible and it's hard to keep everyone happy if they arn't playing.

You had one sub who was 'indispensible to first team' who wasn't playing, this could affect morale.

I'm out of the relegation zone

And I just beat the league leaders away after a 1-1 draw away to Ajax :thup:

I drew two too... just lost 1-3 at home... I'm really crap at home ... seeing I dont know what to do different in playin' style. Countering comes easy but controlling the game that a whole different thing.
