How long do you give a new tactic?

Well it doesnt work with a relegation candidate in holland

I just stick to 442 now but still lose

ps. I lost 6 out of last 9 matches in 89th minute.

any special thing to do to prevent that from happening?

You could try my tactic if you want, it`s under league winning tactic, see how it does for you. I`ve used it with england u21`s as well and done really well although after the next cup tournament i might resign because i`m getting bored with them.
