It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

are you sure because if there is a side to the game that i am currently struggling with it has to be the training although i have five star coaches. the training schedule that i was using for most of my games just stopped working.

No training schedule will give you constant improvement throughout the season by the way. You always get players having dips in training but over a couple of seasons you should some improvements in those players who haven't yet reached their PA if your training, coaches and facilities are any good.

Of course some players just won't improve because they're too old, or just don't have the potential to get any better.
