Hey guys, I think I am a good manager, I have done great things throughout the course of the series, but I have hit my first ever real big problem. Me and mate decided to go Blackburn, for something different but we have had a lot of problems. First year we just survived relegation, the second we did well to get 11th and the third...we got 19th and relegated. We have a brilliant squad, since I have played this quite a lot I know a lot of the good youngsters, so I got them in. I know all about having to settle in, etc, changing tactics and that, but I still get poor results.
I have used robs 4-4-2 formation, which works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't (i do change around and i do give it a chance to work, months etc), tried a 4-4-2 with the full backs running up, the wingers running up and 1 of the central mids running back to dmc. I have also made a tactic which did quite decent in the 11th placed season but just died off.
I might have a lot of people you haven't heard of, but this is my team.
I think theres some regens, trust me they have great stats all round, I mean there is some great players on the bench. I also got a good reserve team as well, Arias, Savage, Guarin, Lita, and probably some great regens for the future.
I got a good training schedule, injuries have played a part but with this squad I don't see how I could get relegated. I am going ok in the championship at the moment, but I admit my wins have been lucky and I really never dominate.
So after my long story, just curious what I should do, is there maybe a tactic out there I dont know? I am a realistic kind of person though, I know there is no one and only super tactic, but maybe someone knows one I can try, because I feel I have tried a lot of different things but we just don't perform.
Thanks.
