you could try sergio mota from sao paulo, hes only 17 or 18 at the start of the game and work permits could be a problem but apart from that hes a great AML. ill post a link to his screenshot

another guy who is an out and out AML is diego capel from sevilla, you might me able to get him on loan even though hes already a great player.

Harry Kewell!!! with Reading in my second season, came 7th in the league and won the league cup and eufa cup. Both Harry Kewell for 1.5 and play him AML. Got best transfer of the season!! Great Player!!

I would def. recommend mitea from ajax. He does the job more than okay. and is relatively easy and cheap to get.

Saivet is a cracking player but needs time to develop, ben arfa is sheer class and availible for between 3 - 5m normally. Also Leto is a crackin left sided player
