retired_genelia Newb Join Date: Dec 2007 Posts: 0 Rep Power: 0	Any trick to avoid work permit? Last year if i offer a youngster a key role he can avoid work permit and i just offer him a new contract as hot prospect, but it doesnt seem to work for this years version is there any way around this?
