I have just reached January 2008 with Man City. I am 6th in the league at the moment and they only expect a top half finish. However, I would love to make Europe this season.
I have had 1-0 wins over Chelsea & Liverpool and also drew 0-0 against Man U away. However, I have lost games against lower sides such as Sunderland & Fulham. The team just lack consistency.
I brought at the beginning of the season Modric, Banega, Dzudjack (sp), Adrien, Zeefuik. I also have Baptista, Gudjohnsen & Sidwell on season loans. I also have Lulinha joining at the end of the season.
I play a 4-3-3 and have about £6 - £7m to spend (although I may look to sell a couple of players to raise extra funds!) I am happy with my team but just wondered if there was anybody recommended to buy or loan in January to beef up the squad or give it a push for the second half of the season!
