Ive started a few games with a few different teams and ive been offering mutual termination to most of the staff when i arrive at clubs and then hiring only staff with good attributes given that every team seems to have useless staff with awful attributes in some role. Im wondering if anyone else has tried huge revamps fo the staff and what are the long term affects? Is it a good or bad thing? The first thing i noticed is that players initially respond better and faster to training.

I do it every game that I can, usually wasting much of 1st season transfer budgets if theres no good unemployed staff available. Never noticed any downfall from it unless its in a later season and I get rid of someones favored personnel. They all seem to learn the native language quickly so I never think twice about it.

just get the staff in that can get you 6-7 stars in your training schedules. I still havnt saw 7 stars on setpiece training but on all the others
