Do you think it's realistic? The idea is if you are doing to gain an unfair advantage then it's not on, if you think it's realistic then go for it. Personally, scouting the national junior sides for my pathetic outfit would be bordering on the desperate.

I think that there is a certain manager in League One at the moment scouting the Jamaican national side.
However, he's a ****, so don't follow his lead.
