| That's right but it's enough to send a scout in there, isn't it?

On what basis? If I'm recruiting for a post where I work and have a list of who works at another hospital (and nothing more) that tells me nothing about who to approach.

| Let's say I am looking for a DM. I check the L2 squad list and look for DMs. There are four of them. Then I tell my scout "Go forth my son and tell me if any of them is worthy." Isn't that realistic?

That's for you to decide, but I wouldn't do it.
And why would you chose those 4 over the rest of the DMs in the division?

What I'm trying to say is, I can't imagine a manager saying to his scout:
"We need a new defensive midfielder, but I'm only interested if they are on Wycombe's books. Go and have a look for me."

With the post patch super-scouts, why would you need to? Of course we can always hope that the next patch will sort that one out.

I can't understand why anyone wouldn't have a look at a team's players. It must happen IRL:
EG Someone hears a team in a division has a lot of unwanted players on their books, so a manager thinks "Let's have a look at what they've got and sends someone to have a look."
Of course we wouldn't hear about it in FM but that's cos there's no-one to talk to. Instead you can get the same info by looking at the squad list for each team.
That's not cheating, even by LLM standards.

...and you are?
I'm sorry, I didn't realise you were an LLM aficionado and were more au-fait with the spirit and ethics of LLM than the regulars are.
He wasn't talking about looking at a team's players, he was specifically talking about sending a scout to scout a squad.
