Any one else ever had this happen... I won division 3 in the second season...And in preseason heading into division 2 (scottish) I got offered the england job Without even Applying

As Matt "crash out" Sega said, known issue, but the irony shouldn't be lost. It's a wonderfully amusing bug, especially from a Scottish viewpoint, I'd imagine.
