Season 06/07 - ECN - Farsley Celtic

A season which contained a mixture of results including a run of 5 unbeaten and another of 5 without a win. A cup run not worth talking about.

Season 07/08 - ECN - Farsley Celtic

Another inconsistant season which saw alot of injuries and bans (patched game) but alot of crimbo signings say me start to climb and challenge for the play offs. It all came down to the last game of the season.

Season 08/09 - ECN - Farsley Celtic

A good season saw us never drop out of the play off spots. But once again cups are not a strong point and never will be i think. Unfortunatly we couldn't continue our form into the play offs and lost the first round to Blyth

Have jacked this save now guys.

Was seriously annoyed with no transfer money havent had a penny since i started with them.

An east stirling update to follow as soon as i complete 3 seasons.

I seriously doubt you have, given your earlier posts in here and your discarding of a three season save because you don't have enough transfer money.

Ok i havent done LLM because this is first time ive heard of it.

But ive been playing as Lowest League Teams for as long as i can remember i believe it was CM 00/01.

But i will try East Stirling as i have always wanted to manage them and i will keep you updated as it will only be fair.

And they aint a local team. To be honest i was abit annoyed that i couldn't take my local team to glory

But East Stirling are miles away from me and there isn't that connection

How do you know? You gave up before giving it a chance, even though you were doing quite well. If you're going to quit because (a) you don't have any transfer funds and (b) you don't get successive promotions, then, as iajafer said; perhaps you're not really cut out for this style of play.

In order to play in the spirit of LLM, what you should have done if you were fed up with Farsley is to look for jobs with other clubs within the same save, even resigning and going unemployed for a time, if necessary.

Speaking for myself, I don't really want to read a succession of three season update threads before you get bored and move onto another save.

I understand mate.

Well i am well intoo my first season with East Stirling and am really enjoying Scottish football. So a long save looks on the cards .

Also does anybody experience that there scouts seem to find alot of goalkeepers on there travels?

I really hope LLM is for me as its the only worth while thing to come out of FM.
