Okay, can I first point you to the very first sentence in the forum header:

"For managers that enjoy the challenge of bringing a lower league team to the top - without the need for tipping...."

Secondly, as I said before, your first point doesn't make it clear what you are asking us for. Do you want advice/opinions on how to get promoted, motivated, whether or not to take a job offer, general thoughts on your situation?

All we ask for is a little clarity and some lower case letters

The rogue "f" in AfTER is a confusing one, I have to admit.

Now...LLaMas and new bloke, enough of the abuse.

That was guidance relating to the LLaMa rules/guidelines for use of features within the game. Not specific how do I get promoted/what players should I buy/what tactics should I use type advice.

The bog-standard LLaMa answer to your question (I still can't find a question by the way) is: it's your game, do what you want.

Personally, if I'd got to the playoffs twice, I'd stick with it.

i havent asked about tactics or players as im fully aware of other forum topics relating to these if i wished to know. i was just asking if people would stay for a 3rd year after 2 disappointments or try going somewhere else

I couldn't give a rat's ass what anyone would do. I've lost the will to live after reading this thread.

Google and its ilk have petabytes of storage to capture and index the whole of T3h Intarwebz!1 and, lamentably, thousands upon thousands of gigabytes will be absolutely wasted archiving ***** like this.

Sigh.

Stick with it! Sounds like you have the basis for a good team there - couple of good signings and automatic could be yours.
