Asst man telling me my reserve squad guaranteed to be relegated unless improvements are made.

What does this mean?

It means that your reserve team is likely to be relegated if it's not improved, according to your AssMan.

I suspect you may actually be asking something other than that, though

My senior squad started 19th in table, now we're 7th and he keeps telling me the reserve squad is going to be relegated.

Does the reserve squad play games too?

Look at your reserve squad and it'll tell you at the top of the page, beneath the Club name, what division, if any, they're playing in.

Not sure if it's changed for FM07 but that has always been a pet hate of mine. "Assman believes that unless we strengthen the side substantially in every position we have no chance of avoiding relegation"... meanwhile we are comfortably mid table or higher.

Don't think it's been fixed, and don't think he changes his opinion during the season either. I always get that message, no matter where we're placed

I once he told me we had a chance but we needed more deepth. Then he changed back to the normal one.
