I still have to buy the game but I've played previous versions of FM on Lower Leagues.

Just very few questions before proceeding to buy :

1) Can you get promoted or your will seems to be droven from destiny only more than from your actions ?

2) Can you reasonably sell players or is it impossible and you have to keep them all like a big " family " ?

3) Are the finance balanced on LL in your opinions ? I mean if you are a good manager can you earn some money or are you forced to live with almost zero euros ?

Yes.

If they're reasonable then they'll sell. If they're crap, on the other hand...

Finances are more realistic than in previous incarnations.

3) Yes and it depends on the league and how the money rolls in from gate receipts, awards etc.

Online translaters are great though. I'm trying to learn Spanish, and if it wasn't for them I wouldn't understand a damn thing! How am I going to do excercises if I can't understand what I'm supposed to do? :o

For question 1, I think he means:

"Can you earn promotion by your own ability, or is it just written in the cards that you will or wont make it this season?"

If so then;

1) Yes, or the cards like me.

2) I've sold many players that I either don't want/need or that big(ger) teams want to buy.

3) I personally believe them to be so, and I'm very prudent, so making the money is very do-able if you don't go splurging it.
